In 2005, Cerro Matoso Mining Company invites several companies to a roadshow where it presents a problem in dust control that for years have not been able to solve.

This had caused them various problems, for not complying with environmental regulations and pollution to which workers were exposed. SAME presents an innovative solution (Wet Scrubber) with which it successfully solves the problem.

Due to the excellent result of the implemented solution, in 2012, Cerro Matoso again calls SAME to perform an upgrade to the system considering increased production and automation of the system.
